Booking with us

If you wish to make a booking for use of the Meeting Room or Gallery, please complete the following form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

The Meeting Room (approx. 13m x 6m) can hold a maximum of 100 and has built-in AV equipment including wireless microphones and data projector.

The Gallery (approx. 15m x 15m) holds 100-200 people depending on layout. AV equipment can be provided on request.

Video Conferencing equipment is available on request.

Charges (Effective 1/1/2024)

Meeting Room 

Business: £35/hour or £170/day

Registered Charity. £25/hour or £130/day

Community £20/hour

The Gallery

Business £40/hour or £240/day

Registered Charity. £35/hour or £180/day

Terms and Conditions

The Meeting Room (approx. 13m x 6m) can hold a maximum of 100 and has built –in AV equipment including wireless microphones.

The Gallery (approx. 15m x 15m) holds 100 – 200 people depending upon layout.

We have video conferencing facilities which are available on request. 

Both rooms must be vacated by the time agreed on the booking form, otherwise supplementary charges may be made.  Setting up and clearing up time agreed in advance will be free of charge.  The room must be left in a clean and tidy condition.  After use, lessees are responsible for the removal of waste or surplus materials.

Group Visits / Tour of Centre – including use of designated area for group, tea/coffee, mini scone + guided tour (must be requested at time of booking) – £10.00 during opening hours / £12.00 outwith opening hours (minimum of 10 during opening hours and 20 outwith opening hours)

A guided tour without catering £7.50 subject to annual revision.

Schools / Junior Groups – no charge, but donations are encouraged to cover essential costs.

CATERING

No external catering is permitted (including, for instance, a packed lunch). Catering charges per head will be charged on the number confirmed 72 hours in advance of the event, irrespective of the actual number attending the event. We have a selection of set menus – please ask for more information. However, the most common selections are:

Tea/Coffee only £3.50 per person tbc

Tea/Coffee and either mini bake or mini scone £4.50 per person tbc

Soup & Sandwich £9.00 per person tbc

Cancellation Policy

100% of charges (including catering) will be made for cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the event.
