Christmas Stall 2023 Enquiry Form

If you are interested in booking a stall for the Garioch Christmas Fair 2023 please complete the form below. Stalls cost £30 (1 day) or £50 (both days). Once the form is received the Centre will contact you regarding payment.

Crafters, artists and local fundraising groups, etc, can hire a table (1.8m) at out 2-day Christmas Craft Fair (Garioch Christmas) for 1 day (£30) or both days (£50). Additional space may be available at with agreement of Garioch Heritage Centre and this may incur an additional cost.

Stall holders are responsible for ensuring that their area is staffed at all times when open to the public (10am – 4pm both days).

At the end of the final day, exhibitors must ensure that they remove all their belongings. Any items to be collected by members of the public outwith the times of the event can only be left with the prior approval of Centre staff on duty at the time. Any items not collected within 4 weeks will become property of the Centre for them to dispose of.

The Centre will provide 1 table (1.8mx1m) and any required chairs. Stall holders will be responsible for providing all other display materials. A limited number of display boards – on a first come first served basis may be available for use.

Any stall holders wishing to use electrical items should seek prior approval from the Centre.

Any sales which take place between a stall holder and a member of the public are a direct sale and do not in any way involve the Centre.

WiFi is available should you require it.

Any items brought to the Centre by a stall holder for sale or use, remain the property of the stall holder and as such they are responsible for them e.g. insurance, health and safety, environmental health.

To allow a risk assessment to be carried out before the event opens to the public, an inspection will take place at 9:30am on both days. Stall holders must therefore ensure that they are ready to open to the public by this time. To assist with this – stall holders can set up, free of charge, between 2pm and 4:30pm on Friday 8th December or from 8am on Saturday 9th December.

This form represents a provisional booking. Places will only be confirmed once payment has been made. In the past, our fairs have been oversubscribed, so it is requested that payments are made as soon as possible after provisional booking. This can be done at the Centre or by telephone on 01467 621855.
