Christmas Stall 2020 Enquiry Form

If you are interested in booking a stall for the Garioch Heritage Christmas weekends 2020 please complete the form below. Stalls cost £30 per 4-day block. Once the form is received the Centre will contact you regarding payment.

Please indicate which session(s) you would like to book.

Exhibitors can hire an area measuring approx. 3m x 3m in the downstairs gallery for exhibiting/selling to the public between 10am and 4 pm on the days selected. The cost for each Thurs-Sun session will be £30 per exhibitor. Exhibitors can book one, two, or three sessions.

Exhibitors will be positioned in such a way as to facilitate a one-way system for visitors. The number of visitors will be restricted to 30 at any one time. This will be managed by Centre staff.

Exhibitors must provide hand sanitiser for their ‘stall’ for the use of their customers. Everyone over the age of 5 in attendance must wear a face covering.

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their area is staffed at all times when open to the public.

Set-up can either be between 9am and 10am on the Thursday morning or, if requested, on the Wednesday afternoon prior to the weekend booking (at no additional cost). If exhibitors have booked for consecutive weekends they may leave their stalls set up – the Centre is closed to the public Monday – Wednesday.

Dismantling must be done on the Sunday after 4pm (unless the following weekend is booked). Exhibitors must ensure that they remove all of their own belongings.

The Centre can provide 2 tables (approx. 2m x 1m each) and any required chairs. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing all other display materials. A limited number of display boards are available for use.

Any exhibitors wishing to use electrical items must first seek prior approval from the Centre. Any such items must be PAT tested.

Any sales which take place between an exhibitor and member of the public are a direct sale which does not in any way involve the Centre.

WiFi is available should it be required.

Any items brought into the Cnetre by an exhibitor for sale or use remain the property of the exhibitor and as such they are responsible for them e.g. insurance, health and safety, etc.

Bookings can be made by completing this form and sending payment to Garioch Heritage Centre. Payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Centre due to Covid-19 restrictions.
