The Meeting Room (approx. 13m x 6m) can hold a maximum of 100 and has built-in AV equipment including wireless microphones and data projector.
The Gallery (approx. 15m x 15m) holds 100-200 people depending on layout. AV equipment can be provided on request.
Video Conferencing equipment is available on request.
Business: £40/hour or £170/day | Registered Charity £30/hour or £130/day
Business £45/hour or £240/day | Registered Charity £40/hour or £180/day
Terms and Conditions
No external catering is permitted (including packed lunches and beverages).
Catering charges per head will be charged on the number confirmed 72 hours in advance of the event irrespective of the actual number attending the event.
Rooms must be vacated by the time agreed on the booking form otherwise supplementary charges may apply. Setting up time agreed in advance is free of charge.
Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy condition. After use, lessees are responsible for the removal of waste or surplus materials.
Full charges including catering will be made for cancellation less than 72 hours before the event.
